“Let’s Go” Summer Camps

Summer is a time for exploration and discovery, when learning and play go hand-in-hand!  CLU’s “Let’s Go” camps combine art, cooking, music, sensory experiences, and daily community field trips.

Led by trained, full-time CLU paraprofessional staff, each camp experience offers opportunities for campers to build lasting, interpersonal relationships, improve their episodic memory, master executive functioning skills (i.e., effective planning, time management and decision making), and have FUN!

Camps are open to all students regardless of their registered school and are an especially good match for those in middle and early high school who have difficulty making friends, are isolated from peers/adults, or who have had poor outcomes from other social skills training programs. Our low student/staff ratio further supports the needs of students who have Autism Spectrum Disorders, attention deficit issues, learning disabilities, or Bipolar Disorder.

Camps sessions are held 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  Pick-up and drop-off are at CLU.

2018 “Let’s Go” Summer Camp schedule and flyer will be available in late February 2018.
