UC Irvine Virtual Reality Demonstration

A member of UCI’s Sponder VR project team will be on-site to discuss the VR development process and provide students with a hands-on experience with this computer technology.  Based on “The Social Compass Curriculum,” written by Dr. LouAnne Boyd, the UCI Sponder VR project is developing virtual reality therapy experiences for kids and young adults with autism so they can learn and practice social skills in a safe, controlled environment.
