We enjoy encouraging our students’ many talents and proudly display some of their work in our main hallway.
Our conference room serves as an enclosed space for parent meetings, IEPs and other gatherings with our professional service providers and staff.
Individual workstations and group areas in our Middle School area.
A portion of our small and supportive full-time Upper School area for grades 9-12.
Our workstations are as unique as the students we serve.
A casual place for students to hang out and socialize.
Our kitchen is a favorite place for students to gather and cook.
Our well equipped kitchen allows our students to explore their culinary talents.
Our rock’n music room includes a Tamaha Electric Piano, Electric/Acoustic Guitars and Amps, Drum Kit, and Karaoke machine.
Our music room also includes iMacs with Garage Band and Axiom 49 Midi Keyboards.
The multipurpose room shared by Lifespan Therapeutic Services and South Bay Speech & Language professional service providers.
CLU integrates Occupational Therapy into the daily curriculum of those students who require it.
Thanks to The Whitney Young Foundation, we have a pergola in the garden which serves as a quiet place for Upper School students to work and relax.
Grapes! Our students enjoy growing and cooking with the organic fruit and vegetables from the garden’s above-ground planters.
Thanks to our PTO, the outdoor Science Center is a hub of exploration and experimentation for our students.
